Promoting an inclusive work experience and environment, through engaging corporate videos.

DAS UK provides an inclusive work environment, within the Legal Expenses Insurance industry. One that ensures that they can continue to recruit, retain, and motivate their people across the business. So, employees are empowered to share their ideas and make a real difference to what the company does.

We worked closely with their Internal Comms and Engagement Department to create two five-minute videos. Aimed at both internal and external stakeholders.

Using a combination of interviews and office pan shots and building to an emotional, ‘punch-the-air’ climax, we were able to create exciting videos that reinforced feelings of meeting career and personal aspirations, inclusion and engagement.

‘Proud’ served both the dual purpose of attracting talent to the organisation. As well as being used as a key tool during a corporate acquisition process.

The campaign ‘Better Together’ then followed. Headlining a celebratory launch event which brought together over 800 employees, for the first time since the integration of DAS UK and ARAG plc.

The videos that we created for DAS UK gained enthusiastic praise from all the target viewers and became an important part of a sensitive process.
