Using a combination of interviews and office pan shots and building to an emotional, ‘punch-the-air’ climax, we were able to create exciting videos that reinforced feelings of meeting career and personal aspirations, inclusion and engagement.
‘Proud’ served the dual purpose of attracting talent to the organisation, as well as being used as a key tool during a corporate acquisition process.
‘Better Together’ followed, headlining a celebratory launch event which brought together over 800 employees for the first time since the integration of DAS UK and ARAG plc.
The videos gained enthusiastic praise from all the target viewers and became an important part of a sensitive process.
